Job description

Resource and Technology Strategy Planning

• Identify, evaluate, and provide the latest technology solutions to solve technical and business challenges.
• Align the company’s technology resources to improve software production processes.
• Oversee the technical aspects of the organization, including systems architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.
• Technology Infrastructure Oversight: Supervise the DevOps team in managing network systems, databases, servers, storage systems, and other supporting technologies. Ensure the stability, security, and alignment of the technology infrastructure with the company's requirements.
• Safeguarding Company Assets: Guarantee the security of company assets, including information and data. Implement security protocols and measures across the organization's operations. Proactively monitor and address potential security threats.
• Manage technology budgets and resources.
   

Stakeholder and Technology Research

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, evaluate and select the most suitable solutions and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation.

Management and Leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop the talented engineering team with a culture of continuous learning.
• Build a positive and dynamic working environment.
• Product Operations Development: Lead the development and maintenance of products essential for the company's operations.

Your skills and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar technology leadership role.
• Experience in SaaS and e-commerce product development. 
• Extensive experience in software development, systems architecture,  infrastructure management, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
• Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
