What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc rất vui vẻ và thoải mái, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau trong công việc.
Công ty chủ yếu là các bạn trẻ tràn đầy nhiệt huyết, năng động, bầu không khí làm việc lúc nào cũng sôi nổi và không mất đi tính hiệu quả.
Một nét văn hoá khiến mình thấy ấn tượng nhất đó là HAPPY HOURS. Chiều thứ 6 hàng tuần, sau 2.30, nhân viên sẽ được nghỉ ngơi thư giãn, thoả sức vui chơi, ca hát.(Công ty cũng quan tâm đến đời sống tinh thần của ace nên đã setup phòng pantry khá rộng bao gồm đầy đủ khu vực đọc sách, coffee, phòng hát, phòng game PS5, bi lắc..Ngoài ra, đồ ăn vặt, nước giải khát luôn được nhét đầy tủ lạnh.)
Gần đây, công ty còn tổ chức các lớp học tiếng hàn miễn phí cho nhân viên cùng với đội ngũ giáo viên cây nhà lá vườn rất xinh đẹp.Các bạn thi chứng chỉ tiếng hàn level cao còn có thể nhận trợ cấp hàng tháng nữa.
Cá nhân mình thấy môi trường làm việc ở đây rất là tốt, xứng đáng để gắn bó và phát triển bản thân lâu dài.
Không phải thường xuyên OT. Trong trường hợp cần OT thì sẽ được chi trả tiền OT tương ứng với thời gian thực tế.
Suggestions for improvement:
Thang máy toà văn phòng hơi đông giờ cao điểm nên đợi thang sẽ mất thời gian, mình hay đi sớm hơn 5 -10 phút thì không gặp vấn đề gì
