What I liked:
Sếp friendly :D
Lương thưởng và chể độ thì cũng không phải suy nghĩ, lương thì làm tốt thì hưởng nhiều(ở đâu chả thế, bên này sếp nhìn thấy những thử mình nỗ lực và cuối năm cứ thoải mái deal lương thôi)
Có extra thêm bảo hiểm sức khỏe okela cho cả gia đình, cover được khá nhiều chi phí nên cũng đỡ được cho gia đình.
Phong cách làm việc thì tự chủ động công việc của mình thôi
Văn phòng làm việc thoải mái, ăn uống giải trí có đủ cả, các group kín chúng nó ăn chơi suốt ngày, không có sức mà tham gia hết.
Ở đây có muốn học và muốn làm hay không thôi, chứ muốn mà gặp khó chỗ nào thì đi hỏi sẽ được đồng nghiệp hoặc sếp hướng dẫn tận tình.
Do tự chủ động về công việc nên ít khi OT. Khi có OT thì công ty cũng trả đầy đủ theo quy định hiện hành.
Suggestions for improvement:
Không liên quan đến công ty nhưng vẫn cứ than, chỗ để xe chật.
