What I liked:
- Về mặt công việc, thì công ty chủ yếu làm outsource cho thị trường bên Mĩ. Các project trong công ty cũng khá đa dạng với nhiều công nghệ khác nhau, nên nếu bạn nào thích sự năng động đổi mới có thể vào làm.
- Điều mình thích nhất ở công ty là chính sách work from home, nhân viên không cần phải lên công ty để làm việc trực tiếp, trừ một số trường hợp lên họp hành hay gặp khách hàng này nọ thôi, đa phần mọi người sẽ làm ở nhà.
- Với những project mình từng tham gia thì các bạn, các anh chị đồng nghiệp đều rất thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau trong công việc.
- Công ty có nhiều phúc lợi hấp dẫn cho nhân viên, bao gồm company trip vào giữa năm, tài trợ tiền team building để các team project đi chơi với nhau 2 lần 1 năm, rồi thứ 4 mỗi tuần (hay 2 tuần một lần) sẽ có đồ ăn đồ uống vào buổi sáng miễn phí cho các bạn nhân viên lên văn phòng (lâu lâu có cả Katinat, Cheese hay Starbuck). Ngoài ra, công ty còn tài trợ tài khoản học online để nhân viên tự học phát triển kỹ năng thêm.
Những project mình từng tham gia thì không có hỗ trợ khi OT, không biết các project khác thì như nào.
Suggestions for improvement:
Một điểm mình chưa thích ở công ty là hầm giữ xe của công ty khá nhỏ nên, đa số mọi người sẽ gửi xe bên ngoài (sát bên công ty). Chừng nữa công ty có bãi giữ xe riêng rộng rãi hơn thì tuyệt vời.
