What I liked:
The company has a very deep and positive culture. The management is composed by young and open-minded people. The office in Italy is composed by people coming from all over the world and there are a lot of vertical growth opportunities given that the office has been recently opened and the company is hiring a lot.
Personally speaking I never had to work overtime, other colleagues that have been working overtime got extra payment
Suggestions for improvement:
Try to acquire projects with more freedom for Luxoft, including also design and plan of entire products more than only outsource part of already existing projects.
Luxoft fosters positive leadership, proactive teamwork, enjoyable workspaces
